We facilitate the connection between cargo owners and truck owners but do not guarantee the performance, quality, or safety of services provided by truck owners.

• Cargo Owners: You are responsible for providing accurate information when posting job listings. You agree not to post illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content.

• Truck Owners: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your services and capabilities. You agree not to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities when using our platform.

4. Fees and Payments

Currently, there are no fees for posting job listings on AutoTruck Africa. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees or subscription plans in the future, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using AutoTruck Africa, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoTruck Africa is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services provided by users.
